The care standard carries across
The medical boards’ federation says remote care must meet the same care standard as a visit in a room.
Its policy says that if needed tests cannot be completed through a remote assessment, the clinician must arrange them or refer the patient.
This is guidance from medical boards. Ask which state rules apply to the visit.
The setting does not change drug status
As of October 1, 2026, ipamorelin has no FDA-approved use. Neither form meets the legal conditions for ordinary pharmacies to use it as an ingredient.
Before choosing a visit, ask what studies show a benefit for your goal. Ask what legal condition allows the pharmacy to use this ingredient. You need those answers for either type of visit.
